127T Series

The 127T Series features an unbreakable thermal shield engineered for extreme durability, high load capacity, and superior thermal insulation. Self-lubricating silent rollers with dual-bearing nylon wheels (200kg load) produce ≤35dB noise after 100,000 cycles (ASTM E413). Triple drainage system with hidden channels and pressure-equalized cavities (≤5ml/min leakage at 700Pa, AAMA 501.15). EPDM+TPE dual seals reduce U-value by 0.3, remaining flexible at -30°C (ASTM D412).

The 155T Series is the premium sliding door with a massive 153mm profile depth and 2.0mm wall thickness. Seamless welding technology matches automobile-grade processes. 3-point locking with 4 anti-pick bolts (ANSI/BHMA A156.23 Grade 1 certified) withstands ≥500 lbs forced entry. 24mm polyamide thermal break barrier achieves U-value ≤1.6 (NFRC certified), 30% more efficient than Title 24.
